Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to the Rescale platform.
In the new UI, click the Help button in the bottom-left corner of the platform, then select Rescale Help Center.
On the Help Center page, locate the messenger widget that appears on the screen.
Click the back arrow (β) within the messenger widget to expand and view all available options.
5. Click on the Tickets tab to view all of your existing support tickets.

After completing these steps, a list of all your existing support tickets will be displayed under the Tickets tab, allowing you to review their status and details.
