How to Log In to the Rescale Help Center
This article explains how to sign in to the Rescale Help Center so you can access support articles, submit tickets, and track your requests. The Rescale Help Center is behind the Rescale Platform SSO login.
Steps to Log In
Log in to the Rescale platform. The Rescale platform URL would vary based on your region.

We recommend using the new UI.
The classic UI is still available via the toggle in the bottom-left corner.
This article uses the new UI.
In the bottom-left corner of the platform, select Help.
From the pop-up menu, click Help Center.
After logging in you will be able to view all the Knowledge Base Articles
